In the event of a breakdown, we prioritize quick repairs for your bike. If the repair takes longer, we’ll provide a replacement bike on the same day, subject to availability, so you can continue working.

How do I rent a bike?
1.
Contact the manager to schedule an appointment. The manager will have a bike ready for you.
2.
At the meeting, please present your passport, sign a brief agreement, and pay for the first week (or month) of rent.
3.
A staff member will adjust the bike for you and explain how to use it.
